If you can't tell I am pretty excited for tonight's Grease Live on Fox!! I remember watching this movie when I was younger with my mom. It was one of her favorite movies growing up. A few years later, I watched it with a few friends and it was just as good as the first time! I'm looking forward to the singing and dancing and of course all of the classic fashion from the original era in the live performance. Speaking of fashion, I based this outfit on the movie! I like to think the top half is the "T birds" and the bottom half is the "Pink Ladies." It is a nice mixture of the two cliques from the movie!

Los Angeles

One day I hope to travel to California. I want to see the Golden Gate Bridge, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Santa Monica Pier, and visit all of the major cities! Ahh one day :) To feel the warm sun on my skin would be very nice since we have around 2 or 3 inches of snow on the ground with more predicted to come. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely love waking up to the white glitter that covers the ground, but some days I just hate walking around campus in the freezing cold!

New Coat

Coats are a staple in the winter where I live. I recently got this Calvin Klein coat and I am in love. I personally love forest green so that is why I picked out this coat. I love the simple gold zipper details and I appreciate the fact that it has pockets. The last coat I had did not have pockets and my hands weren't happy. One other aspect I love about this coat is the hood! It's so modern and chic.

Cheetah and Stripes

Just a quick post today! I wore this outfit for a lunch date with my friends and then we went shopping afterwards. It was a great day and it was nice to catch up with my friends whom I haven't seen in a while.
